As soon as you've chosen your Keeper from our pool and signed the agreement. Your Keeper starts the very next day, beginning with an intro call where you share the context and access they need.

It depends on your plan. On 20 hrs/week, your Keeper is shared with a small number of other clients, which keeps costs lower while still giving you real, consistent hours each week. On 40 hrs/week, your Keeper is fully dedicated to your business.

You'll have a monthly check-in with your account manager to catch this early. At the end of your 3-month initial contract, if the fit isn't right, we'll rematch you with a better specialist at no extra cost. If it is, your contract extends to 6 months.

Core Keepers have fixed monthly prices based on the bundle and your hours (20 or 40 per week), as listed on our pricing. Specialist Talent is custom-quoted after a short intake call. Either way, you’ll know the full cost before anything starts — no surprise line items later.

Yes. Start with the one bundle you need most, then bring in more as your business grows. You can also hire Specialist Talent (a bookkeeper, project manager, or web developer) on its own or alongside a core Keeper, at any time. These are single-specialty hires, quoted separately, on the same 3-month initial contract.
