More than a single-task VA role

You'll cover a wide range of work for each founder, so you'll use a broader skill set and grow faster. You'll work directly with brand founders. We match you with clients whose work suits your strengths, and we support you with monthly check-ins throughout.

How we work

Fully remote. You'll need a reliable computer, a stable internet connection, and a quiet space for calls.

Two ways to work

At 20 hrs/week you support a few clients. At 40 hrs/week you're dedicated to one client.

Stable engagements

Client contracts start at 3 months and can extend to 6 months, so you aren't jumping between short gigs.

A proper start

Every new placement begins with an intro call between you and the founder.

Ongoing support

Your account manager checks in with you and the client every month.

Founder Support Keeper

Remote20 or 40 hrs/weekStore Manager + Social Media Manager + Executive Assistant + Inventory Manager

You'll be the founder's right hand. You'll run their Shopify store and social channels, handle the admin that eats up their day, and keep orders and stock moving behind the scenes. You'll use AI tools to work faster without lowering the quality.

  • Build and update store pages, product listings and product descriptions
  • Set up collections, discounts and promotions for sales and launches
  • Write product and landing-page copy that converts, with SEO titles, meta descriptions and alt text
  • Design product images, banners and store graphics in Canva
  • Check the storefront for broken links, errors and out-of-date content
  • Plan and run a content calendar across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
  • Create posts, carousels, stories and short-form video in Canva and CapCut
  • Write captions and hooks in the brand's voice
  • Reply to comments and DMs, and pass sales or support questions to the right person
  • Send a monthly report on reach, engagement and follower growth, with what to try next
  • Manage the founder's inbox, including sorting, drafting replies and following up
  • Handle complex scheduling across time zones, teams, suppliers and clients
  • Book and coordinate client and team travel arrangements
  • Prepare meeting agendas and notes, and track action items to completion
  • Process orders and handle issues like address changes, cancellations and returns
  • Track stock levels in Shopify and flag low-stock and slow-moving items early
  • Prepare purchase orders and track incoming stock from suppliers
  • Reconcile inventory counts with the warehouse or 3PL
  • Send a weekly inventory and orders snapshot to the founder
  • 2+ years supporting an ecommerce brand or founder, for example as a store manager, social media manager, executive assistant, or in operations or inventory
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and with running brand social accounts
  • A portfolio of copy, graphics or video you made yourself
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Canva AI, including writing clear prompts, and the judgement to check and edit their output so nothing goes live unreviewed
  • Strong Canva skills and basic CapCut editing
  • Strong Google Sheets or Excel skills, including lookups and basic formulas
  • Excellent written English with a natural, conversational tone. You'll often write as the founder
  • Careful attention to detail, and good judgement about when to act on your own and when to ask
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads
  • Basic Liquid, HTML or CSS for small theme fixes
  • Shopify page builders such as GemPages
  • Inventory apps (e.g. Stocky, Inventory Planner, Cin7) or a 3PL portal
  • Automation tools like Zapier or Make
